About
A company built around judgment
Clariviant is the infrastructure layer for judgment, governance, and decision quality. Not a company with three products, but a company building infrastructure that strengthens judgment rather than replacing it.
What we build
Three connected components on one architecture: AILEDRA for leadership intelligence, AIDELIBRA for governance deliberation, and LeaderBench for the measurement and validation of decision quality. The product domains are kept; the marketing presence is unified here.
The thesis bridge
The thinking behind Clariviant is set out in Cognitive Debt: The Judgment Tax of AI-Accelerated Organizations, written by Clariviant founder Patrick Grimelton. The book argues that as machines take over production, judgment becomes the scarce resource, and that the work of the next era is to protect it.
The book lives on its own site: patrickgrimelton.com. Clariviant references the thesis and points to the book; it does not sell the book.
